The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) DRI review is for large-scale developments to assess their potential impacts on the region. The ARC then gathers input from neighboring jurisdictions and other stakeholders, analyzes the project’s alignment with regional priorities, and produces a report with comments and recommendations.
