Miranda Mack McKenzie is an independent consultant specializing in fundraising, external community and government affairs. Focusing mainly on the Atlanta area market McKenzie is also working with Southern University in Shreveport, LA.
Previously, McKenzie served as Philanthropy Officer for the Atlanta Housing Authority; Director of Development for TechBridge, Inc., Donor relations/community engagement leader for Atlanta Technical College and Area Development Director for UNCF. Miranda spent most of her career in corporate America with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and the Coors Brewing Company. Over a span of years in the beverage industry Miranda held many positions including director of community affairs, consumer outreach and supplier diversity.
A founding member of the Coalition of 100 Black Women of Atlanta, a charter member of the Camellia Rose Chapter of the Links, Inc. McKenzie also serves on several boards including the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation and the Frank Jones Memorial Scholarship Commission.
Miranda graduated Salutatorian from Morris Brown College with a bachelor’s degree in English. She has received numerous honors and awards over the span of her career.
