Kevin Gooch is a partner in the Financial Services sector at Holland & Knight, LLP with extensive experience in finance transactions. Kevin has worked on a variety of corporate matters from contract review to formation of entities to acquisitions/dispositions. Primarily, Kevin has assisted corporate borrowers, private equity firms, banks and other lenders with more than $20 billion in financing transactions. He has worked on deals ranging from a $2,500,000 loan from a corporation to a $2.5 billion credit facility to fund operations of a multi-billion dollar company. Kevin’s expertise is industry agnostic, but he has developed extensive experience in the healthcare space. In addition to the skills highlighted above, Kevin worked on the consolidation and restructuring of various loan transactions totaling more than $500 million.
The Emory University graduate earned his law degree from the University of Georgia and was the recipient of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Under 40 Award” distinction in 2015.
