Randi Mason

VP, Economic Development

My Favorite Thing About DeKalb The thing I enjoy most about DeKalb is being able to walk to dinner at the great restaurants in my neighborhood.

Randi Mason is Vice President of Economic Development for Decide DeKalb where she leads the team’s efforts in bringing jobs and investment to DeKalb County. She has two decades of experience in economic development in the metro Atlanta area and excels in creating partnerships between business and government. Since joining Decide DeKalb in 2019, her team has facilitated more than 13,000 new jobs, 6,800 retained jobs and $3.6 billion in investment in DeKalb County.

Randi has worked with companies including PepsiCo, Norfolk Southern, BlackRock, NCR, UPS, Salesforce, and Home Depot on their decision to bring jobs to metro Atlanta. Prior to joining Decide DeKalb, she served as Vice President of Economic Development for Invest Atlanta, the City of Atlanta’s Development Authority. She has particular expertise in incentive negotiation and economic development policy formulation.
