Rudi Pangad is a proud Atlanta native with deep roots in DeKalb County and a strong commitment to community-driven impact. He began his career with over a decade in education and youth development, later expanding his reach through the nonprofit sector. As a Community Impact Manager for a tech-based nonprofit, Rudi led initiatives to close the digital divide for underserved communities across metro Atlanta, advancing digital equity and access.
Building on this work, Rudi transitioned into workforce development, where he served as Director of Equity@Work, leading efforts to dismantle systemic barriers for (historically excluded) job seekers and aligning local workforce strategies with regional goals. His approach centers equity, data, and human-centered design to ensure that every person has access to meaningful employment and economic opportunity.
Rudi is a proud product of DeKalb County Schools. He is a graduate of South Carolina State University and holds a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University. A Fall 2014 initiate of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, he remains an active member of the Nu Mu Lambda Chapter (DeKalb Alphas). Rudi’s passion for inclusive growth is rooted in the same community that raised him, and he continues to advocate for the sustainability and advancement of metro Atlanta’s diverse workforce.
