Economic Development Week, launched by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in 2016, is a time to recognize the vital role economic developers play in building thriving, dynamic communities. From May 12-16, 2025, cities across North America will spotlight the innovation, collaboration, and growth driven by these efforts—and DeKalb County is joining the celebration!

Throughout the week, Decide DeKalb will shine a spotlight on the businesses, leaders, and projects shaping our local economy.
