Rhonda Briggins, J.D. is a seasoned executive, attorney, and transportation leader with more than 27 years of experience in government affairs, business development, public policy, and strategic partnerships. She currently serves as VP, Governmental Affairs of POND.
Prior to joining POND, Briggins served as Vice President and Client Account Manager for Transportation at Jacobs, helping secure more than $5 billion in transportation contracts. She also spent 14 years with MARTA, where she held several leadership positions, including Senior Director of External Affairs, overseeing government relations, community engagement, and transportation policy initiatives.
A recognized leader throughout Georgia and the transportation industry, Briggins has received numerous honors, including the 2025 Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Women Who Move a Nation Award and recognition among Georgia’s Top 100 Influential Women. She holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University.
