Kim Adams serves as Director, Business Process Management for Client Success at Cox Automotive, driving business process strategy through end-to-end analysis of business operations, process design, and organizational capability building.
In a prior role, Kim served as Director of Sales Process and Insights for Cox Communications, Inc., where she stood up a new process improvement organization and enabled lean six sigma capabilities for the national Sales function.
Before joining Cox, Kim spent nearly a decade with Coca-Cola where, in her last role as Operational Excellence Lead for the Global People Function, she blazed trails by becoming the first woman to be certified as an Operational Excellence Master.
Kim currently serves as Vice Chair for The White Dress Project, Co-Chair of the Women With Drive Employee Resource Group at Cox Automotive, and Board Member for Decide DeKalb Development Authority. A member of Delta Sigma Theta, Kim is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
