McKinley joins Decide DeKalb as Senior Project Manager

January 4th, the Decide DeKalb Development Authority welcomed Mechel McKinley to the staff as Senior Project Manager. She was most recently the Executive Director for the City of Stone Mountain Downtown Development Authority. Full details available here.
