The WE DeKalb program provides a down payment grant of up to 3%* to qualified applicants interested in purchasing a home in DeKalb County, Georgia based on the type of loan selected.
The grant is not restricted to homebuyers who work in DeKalb County: Any qualified borrower interested in buying a home in DeKalb County can take advantage of this non-repayable grant.
