As Senior Property Manager for NAI Brannen Goddard, Coblentz has managed a two million square foot industrial portfolio for 20 years. This portfolio includes properties spanning the entire metro Atlanta area from Morrow to Decatur. During her real estate career, Rebekah has been involved in every aspect of commercial real estate from class A office to medical.
She has served on the board and is now the vice chair for the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. Rebekah is also a licensed real estate agent and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she has served on the board for over 10 years and was the President of the Georgia Chapter for two years.
Additionally, Rebekah has also taught ESL for ten years at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.
Coblentz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
