Kim Adams drives this strategic priority for Papa John’s International as vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) reporting to the chief people and diversity officer. An accomplished leader with 20 years of professional experience in human resources, DEI, and business process, her team executes the global DEI strategy. Her goal is to differentiate Papa John’s brand from its competition in collaboration with the board of directors, executive leadership team and stakeholders across the enterprise to integrate DEI into the company’s DNA and to realize a vision for having the best culture in the restaurant industry.
Prior to Papa John’s, Kim served as vice president for engagement, inclusion and diversity at Equifax. She has also served as senior director, employee experience and culture at AECOM and held increasing leadership roles in global human resources, diversity business marketing, and operational excellence at global companies like Coca-Cola, Cox Automotive, and Marsh Inc.
In addition to serviing on Decide DeKalb’s board, Kim currently serves as Vice Chair for The White Dress Project. A member of Delta Sigma Theta, Kim is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
